Build on your P6 cost and resource management skills with this advanced workshop, aimed at users who have already completed P6 Professional: Resource Planning Foundation. The focus of this workshop is on more detailed resource management, including manual allocation of resources and resource levelling; it also develops analysis techniques and introduces the calculation of performance percent complete and earned value analysis to enable you to create meaningful reports and monitor progress against budget constraints. This course uses Primavera P6 Professional Windows-based client/server application. It is appropriate for those using Primavera P6 Professional either as a stand-alone application or as part of P6 EPPM. 

 Throughout the workshop, hands-on labs will reinforce the delegates’ learning with practical exercises tailored to each individual delegate’s own industry.
