Oracle HCM Cloud: Oracle Sourcing Admin (OTAC/TEE) Oracle’s Sourcing product is designed to promote quality sourcing via referrals, alumni and social media while also enhancing the candidate application experience for internal and external candidates. Administrators and implementers will learn how to set up Sourcing to work with the Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud product. Although this is not an end user course, some lessons include the recruiter perspective to get familiar with some of the components in the system. (Note: Sourcing is also compatible with TBE and most of the course is applicable for TBE implementations).
